The FAC Philippines is a NON-Government and a NON-Profit Organization. The Founder, Mr. Alfred Lehnert was 18 months in prison, since his detention in September, 2002, Lehnert languished in the detention center with 200 other detainees. Finally on Feb. 24 in 2004, the Supreme Court ordered his release from the Bicutan Detention Center.

Lehnert, who had been a victim of extortion himself, attributes a Supreme Court resolution ordering his release from detention to the BI's new legal outlook.

Mr. Lehnert said, our Foreign Assistance Center will be the first in the Country, especially to give more security to foreign Guest, Retiress and Investors, which only can attract other Investors to our Country ( Philippines )

The Philippine Retirement Authorities and the Bureau of Immigration has agreed, to present responsibillity also from Philippine side, in the new way of Tolerance and Transparency.

This FAC office is open only to foreign guests, retiress and investors in the Philippine with specialization on Immigration Assistance and as legal counsel in Court.
